All Domestic Installations are MCS Accredited
Without an MCS accreditation you cannot claim the Smart Export Gaurantee (SEG) from energy supplies, these are payments for any solar energy that you “export” back to the grid. All industry standard warranties and guarantees are secured with each installation for peace of mind for all our valued customers.
Solar Store hold all the qualifications and accreditations to ensure the highest standard of workmanship for every installation.
Detailed surveys are conducted at all properties before installation.

Here is the standard path that we like to follow once you’ve contacted us.
Have a general conversation so we can understand what you are hoping to achieve.
Check basic feasibility.
Answer any questions you have.
Give you a guide price so you can decide if you would like to book a survey with us.
A survey would be booked at a time and day convenient for you within 3 to 7 days of you contacting us.
Surveys and quotes are provided with no obligation and we do not send pushy salespeople nor do we pressurise customers in any way.
Once we have collected all the information we need then a formal quotation will be prepared.
Quotations are tailor made for each property customer. We supply the system that is right for you by pulling on our expertise in using a wide range of top brand equipment.
All of the key equipment data sheets will be included within the information supplied with each quote.
We are happy answering any ongoing questions you may have.
We prefer our customers to be fully informed so they can make an informed decision with confidence.
Once an order has been placed (deposit paid) only if needed the DNO (district network operator) notification process on completion of installation. Equipment is ordered.
If needed once we have the clearance from the local DNO the installation date can be confirmed.
Order to installation could take as little as 2 – 4 weeks subject to the DNO request if needs addressing and availability of equipment.
Domestic installation generally takes one day to complete.
The solar PV panels will be ready to start generating electricity.
The MCS certificate would generally be produced with 3-5 working days of the installation being completed.
